Wednesday evening group runs are being held at the Cessna Stadium Track. Throughout the summer Wednesday nights are “speed work” with different workouts each week to help you improve your leg turnover. The workouts can be adjusted to various levels of runners so everyone can participate and improve their running skills. The workouts will begin at 6:30PM and usually last 60-90 minutes including the warm-up and cool-down. All levels of runners are encouraged to attend and take part in the fun. No fee to participate.
